Lovely hotel for an all inclusive family holiday
My husband and I stayed for one week at Tsilivi Beach Hotel, all inclusive, with our grandson, in a standard room with a sea view. The facilities were excellent, a lovely family pool and direct access to the small, clean beach. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels always provided. Food was available from 7:30 until 11pm with three buffet meals a day along with a snack bar offering pizza, burgers and fries, and a poolside bar serving alcohol and soft drinks. There was a wide range of food, including desserts. We had absolutely no complaints about the food whatsoever- we're vegetarian and never had any issue finding something tp eat. Staff were polite and friendly, and as we had a late flight, accomodated a late checkout for an extra 50 euros. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main tourist area, fantasy golf and(10 min walk) the water park. The tourist train to Zante town(and the local buses) are also a 5 min walk away. We found the hotel perfect for a relaxing family holiday, and will definitely stay there again in the future.
Great Value at a comfortable hotel
We had a really nice stay at this Hotel. We were delighted with our upgrade to a sea view room, which was lovely with all you needed. Good bathroom, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and a smart TV. The hotel itself was modern, with two nice pools and good comfortable sun beds. With the pool deck bar, it was easy to spend a day in the sun. We were there early in the season and had a quiet relaxed holiday. The food could have been better and warmer, but there was always something nice to eat and a great selection of salads. The food could have been labelled to help selection. Sweets and cakes were very good. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help with any questions, particularly the guest relations manager. (We left behind a jacket on leaving and it was easily located and retrieved.) The room was regularly cleaned and we were well looked after during our stay. The hotel is located on the beach slightly away (10 minute walk), from the main road restaurants, bars and shops
Fantastic hotel
I stayed here between the 4th and 11th May 2023 and honestly we loved it we had room 631 which had amazing views of the sea and the pool and the facilities within the room were great from the bathroom too the bed we couldn't think of a single negative. All the staff members were great and considerate and made are stay very welcome with special shout outs to the barstaff Andy and Peter for always putting the extra effort to ensure we were always laughing to remembering our orders. The only criticism I have is that the food was not labeled which was a concern as my wife has allergies and that the food did become a little repetitive. That being said I did not feel this place deserves anything less than a 5 star as everything else more than made up for it and I know I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again!
